Lahore, Jun.6 (ANI): Pakistan middle order batsman Mohammad Yousuf has said he is eagerly waiting to return to the national team.
He however said, it was upto the selection committee to decide whether to include him in the team or not.
Yousuf, who is playing a practice match with the A team, said he is working hard to get into shape and regain his rhythm, as he has been out of the game from the last eight months.
“I have played cricket after about eight months lay off and the purpose is to come back to fitness and rhythm. Every issues has bee sorted out with the PCB and I would like to play the same way I am used to,” The Nation quoted Yousuf, as saying.
Commenting on his stint with the rebel ICL, Yousuf said it was a thing of past, and he is now looking forward to playing for Pakistan only. (ANI)
